This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AnglerTally subscriptions.
1. Subscription billing
AnglerTally packages may be billed monthly or annually.
The price and billing period will be shown before purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider.
2. Free trials
We may offer a free trial.
If a free trial is offered, the trial length and any limitations will be shown during registration.
At the end of the trial, you may need to move to a paid package to continue using paid features.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription by:
- Using the billing/account area, where available
- Contacting billing@anglertally.com
Cancellation stops future billing.
You will normally keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date.
We do not normally provide refunds for part-used monthly billing periods unless required by law or agreed by us.
5. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
Refunds for annual plans are considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may:
- Notify the account holder
- Retry payment
- Restrict access
- Suspend the club account
- Cancel the subscription
7. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic unless required by law.
We may offer a refund where:
- You were charged in error
- A duplicate payment was taken
- You cancelled during a clearly stated cooling-off period
- We agree there are exceptional circumstances
Refund requests should be sent to:
Email: billing@anglertally.com
Please include:
- Club name
- Account email
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund request
8. Data after cancellation
After cancellation, we may keep club data for a limited period to allow reactivation, export, legal compliance, dispute handling or backup expiry.
We may delete data after the retention period.
9. PWA/offline drafts after cancellation
If you have installed AnglerTally as a PWA or used Poor Signal Mode, some local draft data may remain on your device after cancellation.
You are responsible for clearing locally stored browser/app data from your own device.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time.
