This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using AnglerTally.
It forms part of the AnglerTally Terms of Service.
1. General rule
You must use AnglerTally lawfully, responsibly and respectfully.
2. You must not
You must not use AnglerTally to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Upload or publish abusive, hateful, threatening or discriminatory content
- Harass, bully or intimidate anyone
- Upload content that infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights
- Upload false or misleading information intentionally
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Attempt to access another club’s data
- Attempt to bypass security controls
- Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code
- Overload, disrupt or attack the service
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
- Use the app for spam or unsolicited marketing
- Upload sensitive personal data unless necessary and lawful
- Publish children’s personal data without appropriate permission
- Misuse public pages to publish offensive or unlawful content
3. Public pages
Clubs are responsible for content shown on public result and leaderboard pages.
Public pages must not include:
- Offensive names or wording
- Private information that should not be public
- Abusive comments
- Content that infringes another person’s rights
- Deliberately misleading results
4. PWA and local data
You must not use PWA/offline functionality to:
- Interfere with app security
- Attempt to overwrite published results unlawfully
- Extract or misuse locally cached data
- Access another club’s information
5. Enforcement
If this policy is breached, we may:
- Remove content
- Restrict features
- Suspend access
- Terminate an account
- Contact the account holder
- Report unlawful activity where appropriate
